The Group Scout Leader manages the group and helps the District and County Commissioners in ensuring Scouting develops in accordance with the rules and policies of The Scout Association.

Geoff chairs the Executive Committee which supports the Group Scout Leader in carrying out their role. The Group Executive Committee shapes our decisions, approves our strategy and monitors our performance. It is the role of the exec to ensure good governance and that the district has the resources it needs to operate. As Chair Geoff leads on this.
Scout Section Leader

The Scout Section Leader oversees the operation of the Scout Troop. The delivery of the Troop programme is the responsibility of the Troop Leadership team, led by the Section Leader(s).
Cub Scout Section Leader

The Cub Scout Section Leader oversees the operation of the Cub Pack. The delivery of the Pack programme is the responsibility of the Pack Leadership team, led by the Section Leader(s).
Beaver Scout Section Leaders
The Beaver Scout Leader oversees the operation of the Beaver Colony. The delivery of the Colony programme is the responsibility of the Colony Leadership team, led by the Section Leader(s).
